This design is full of gorgeous Japanese inspired embroideries, koi carp and florals appliques.
A colour inspired dress is made from a beautiful vintage cream toned taffetta gown inspired by Geisha, kimono and Japanese decoration and detailing .
This is a classic 50’s Aline shape, the bodice is cut to sit just on the edge of the shoulder and has a wrap over draped detail on the bodice, the dress is full length and has a long fluted bell sleeve that is lined with a gorgeous shade of coral pink. The dress can be worn and cynched at the waist with the Obi inspired belt and train detail at the waist. The back is finished with a zip.
Condition
This sample has some wear and tear, It has been worn in fashion shows and featured in photo shoots, and tried on by clients in our shop.
This dress is in good condition it has some slight water marks on the train from an outdoor shoot and no holes or significant marks. We do recommend that all dresses are examined and tried on before purchase and generally we would recommend that all the dresses in the sale need dry cleaning
